SnapColorPage ("SnapColorPage," "we," "us") turns photos you upload into black-and-white coloring pages using AI. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets the content standards for everything you upload (photos and text) and everything the service generates. It applies to all users of the service, free and paid. It complements our Terms of Service.
This Policy covers all content submitted to and generated through the service:
The following are banned outright and will be removed on sight:
You may not upload, prompt for, or generate any of the following with the service:
3.1 Automated screening. Every upload (photo and text) and every generated page passes automated content-safety checks before it is delivered. Inputs and outputs that fail screening are blocked, and repeat attempts may lead to account suspension.
3.2 Human review. Content flagged by automated screening or reported by users may be reviewed by a human moderator. We may contact you at your account email about flagged content.
SnapColorPage is an independent product and is not affiliated with any AI model provider. Pages are generated automatically by third-party AI image models — currently the Qwen image-generation models (qwen-image) by Alibaba Cloud, accessed via their API — and converted by our system into print-ready line art. Output is AI-generated and may contain artifacts; it is not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To report content or a user that violates this Policy, email [email protected] with the subject line "Content report" and, if possible, the page or photo description and the date it was created. This channel is monitored by a real person. We acknowledge reports within 3 business days and act on validated reports promptly; content that clearly endangers children is removed immediately and escalated.
Depending on severity, we may: block the input or output at generation time; delete content from your History; limit or suspend your account; or terminate your account and subscription for serious or repeated violations. Suspected CSAM is reported to authorities and relevant hotlines without notice to the account holder.
If you believe your content was actioned by mistake, email [email protected] with the subject line "Appeal". We review every appeal and reply within 5 business days. Appeal decisions are final.
We may update this Policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version; material changes will be announced on the site.
