Refund Policy

Digital service, instant delivery

SnapColorPage sells digital subscriptions whose benefits (HD credits) are delivered immediately. Because credits are consumed instantly to generate pages, we cannot refund credits that have already been used.

When you can get a refund

• Unused credits: if none of the credits from your latest payment have been used, contact us within 14 days of that payment for a full refund.
• Technical failure: if a generation fails and your credit was consumed, it is returned to your balance automatically — no action needed. If a refund is ever required, we will process it.
• Duplicate charge: accidental double charges are refunded in full.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from your payment confirmation email or by contacting us. After cancellation you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem.
